Route from Budapest to Minsk
The road from Budapest to Minsk follows the Hungarian M1 motorway northwards to the border with Slovakia, where it joins the Slovak D2 motorway towards Bratislava. Continue on the D1 motorway north-eastwards to the Czech border and then on the Czech D1 motorway to Brno. From Brno you continue on the D2 motorway towards Poland. After entering Poland, continue along the A1 motorway towards Katowice and then northeast along the Polish E67 motorway towards Warsaw. From Warsaw, take the A2 motorway eastwards to the Belarusian border and continue along the M1 motorway to Minsk. The route is approximately 1100 km long and passes through the diverse landscapes of Hungary, Slovakia, the Czech Republic, Poland and Belarus.
